Lance E, Lauchle, LPT, has been helping patients achieve their rehabilitative goals for almost 35 years. He has background in orthopedic, sports medicine, geriatrics, and pediatrics. An Old Dominion University graduate, Lance worked in sports medicine, clinical, and home care settings for several years before opening Molino Physical Therapy in 1997.
Lance believes in a "hand on" approach to healing. He treats each patient as an individual and collaborates with the patient and referring physician to develop a realistic and feasible treatment plan that sets the patient up for success. The patient sees Lance personally at each and every visit. This contributes to consistent protocol and a a positive patient experience, builds patient-clinician rapport and trust, and supports desirable rehabilitative outcomes.
Molino Physical therapy practice protocols encourage patient social interaction in a safe, socially distanced environment. In fact, patients often become friends with our staff and each other, supporting one another in attaining individual goals. Giving and receiving encouragement from others who are working towards their own goals can be empowering and contributes positively not only to physical health, but likewise mental and emotional well being.
